Location and date is based on availability on the time of registration. Certificates/vouchers are valid until the specified expiration date, without exception. They are legitimate for up to the amount issued, and any quantities not used are forfeited. The Refer-a-Friend program does not apply to siblings (since they are eligible for the Multi-Course Discount). Referral codes should be used at the time of registration and payment and can’t be retroactively utilized.

I accept full duty for any medical expenses incurred on account of these actions. The camp is neither sponsored, managed, nor supervised by Davidson College, however rather is under the sole sponsorship and supervision of the camp proprietor, iD Tech Camps.
Participant agrees to be solely liable for payment in full of all prices of medical or emergency care she/he might obtain. Participant attests that she/he’s bodily and mentally able to taking part and has no recognized health or other restrictions that might jeopardize her/his safety or health or the security or well being of others during their participation within the Event. Participant gives permission for Stanford or its consultant to offer quick and cheap emergency care should it be required. Participant agrees to carry harmless and indemnify Stanford from any claims, causes of motion, damages and/or liabilities, arising out of or ensuing from said medical treatment or emergency care.
I recognize that the Releasees do not assume accountability for or legal responsibility for – together with prices and lawyer’s fees – any accident or damage or damage ensuing from any aspect of participation in the Activity. The Releasees aren’t liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in reference to any aspect of participation within the Activity.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and ruled by, the laws of the State of California. The venue for any motion arising out of this Agreement shall be the County of Santa Clara, State of California. The events agree to undergo jurisdiction in the State Courts, Santa Clara County, California. It is known and agreed that, if any provision of this Agreement or the application thereof is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect different provisions or functions of this Agreement which can be given impact with out the invalid provisions or applications. To this finish, the provisions of this Agreement are declared severable.
I symbolize and warrant that I have the full proper, power and authority to enter into and execute this Release and to grant all rights granted beneath it. This Agreement shall be ruled by, construed and interpreted in accordance with the legal guidelines of the State of California. This authorization is given upfront of any required care to empower a representative or different official of Caltech or iD Tech Camp to give consent for such treatment because the doctor might deem advisable. This authorization is efficient unless revoked in writing.
