Participant understands and agrees to abide by all Stanford insurance policies, guidelines, and regulations applicable to the Event. Participant hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and maintain innocent Stanford from any and all claims of injury, loss or liability in any respect including reasonable attorneys’ charges and/or another associated costs, that may arise on account of his/her participation in the Event. If Stanford incurs any of these types of bills, Participant agrees to reimburse Stanford.
The University assumes no duty for personal property. Bring solely a small quantity of private expense money with you for the reason that halls do not have any secured storage services. All tuition credit have to be used in the season in which they are earned, can be used for course tuition together with meals, CEUs, and other course charges, and will not entitle me to any form of fee. If I cancel or change the registration of a course during which I used a Refer-a-Friend course tuition credit, I am subject to the terms and circumstances set out in Section XII above, and can solely obtain a refund of amounts paid immediately by me.
